Payment and Delivery

Services are charged as per the rates listed on the TeleSMMHub website. Delivery times for services are estimates and are not guaranteed. The user acknowledges that delays may occur. All payments are final. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed. Exceptions may apply in cases where services are undeliverable.

(Important) Prohibited Activities

We do not provide services to channels involved in illegal activities like money doubling, fraudulent investments, selling game IDs, carding, etc. These violate our guidelines and will lead to a permanent ban.

Moreover, Users must only add funds and make payments from accounts owned and controlled by them. Using another person's payment accounts is strictly prohibited. If funds are received from multiple third-party accounts more than once, users are required to complete ID verification by providing a valid government-issued ID.

User Obligations

About Services

1. TeleSMMHub is solely for enhancing the online presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, and other social media channels. Our services are designed to augment your profile's visibility and 'Appearance'.

2. TeleSMMHub provides followers, likes, and views based on the service purchased. However, we do not assure the interaction of new followers with your content.

3. While we aim for all accounts we provide to have complete profiles including profile pictures, bios, and uploaded images, we cannot guarantee this for 100% of the accounts.

4. Users must ensure that content uploaded through TeleSMMHub’s platform adheres to the content policies of the respective social media platforms. Prohibited content includes nudity or any material deemed inappropriate for the social media community.

5. Accounts with pre-existing high follower, like, or view counts (100,000+ before ordering from us) are not eligible for refill protection. This is due to the challenge in accurately determining the source of follower, like, or view loss.
